Property Entry Rules

In compliance with CalOSHA requirements, Simone Koga Group’s listings are shown by appointment only. Per Alameda County Health Department guidelines, showings should primarily be conducted virtually and in person showings are permissible only if virtual showings are not feasible. Only 1 agent and 2 buyers (from same household) may enter at the same time.

• Provide signed PEAD-V prior to your scheduled showing

• Showing agent shall sanitize property before and after showing

• Masks shall be worn by all entrants

• All visitors shall wash hands or use alcohol based hand sanitizer upon entry

• Ensure that buyers have:

  • Reviewed available disclosures

  • Reviewed all available photos, videos and virtual tours

  • Driven by the property and neighborhood
