  • Escrow Opened with Title Company

  • Schedule Inspections

  • Review Disclosures and Inspection Reports

  • Identify Significant Defects and Negotiate Needed Repairs

  • Remove Inspection & Other Contingencies

  • Stay on top of Loan Processing

  • Loan Approval

  • Help Arrange for Movers & Utilities

  • Follow up on Loan Funding and Recording of Title

  • Let you know when Escrow has Closed

  • Deliver Keys to your new home

  • Provide Resources for Living in Your New Home
