The East Bay School's Application Deadline

Do not miss the East Bay School’s application deadline to enroll your kiddos for the upcoming school year! Below are the dates for both Oakland and Berkeley school districts as well as the contact information to reach out to the admissions office in case you have any questions.
Oakland School District
February 10, 2024 | On-time application window closes
All applications received between December 1, 2023 and February 10, 2024 are considered on time and will received an offer on March 9, 2024.
February 11, 2024 | Late application window opens
Missed the on-time window? You can still apply during this "Late Application Window."
March 6, 2024 | On-time offers released
All who applied during the on-time window will receive an offer from a school or be placed on a waitlist.
March 27, 2024 | Deadline to accept on-time offers
Accept an offer by this date! Offers not accepted will be withdrawn and seats will be offered to other families.

Berkeley School District
Berkeley Unified School District uses a centralized student matriculation process, with two steps:
Enrollment: Parents/guardians submit required documents in order to enroll students into Berkeley Public Schools. Students are then assigned to a school by the Admissions Office.
Registration: The Admissions Office will provide parents/guardians with instructions for how to register at the student’s assigned school.
